Campers: What To Bring


  • Closed toe and Closed heel shoes with rubber soles i.e. running/tennis shoes, Teva/keens, hiking boots (If possible, preferably bring 2 pair of shoes)
  • Bath Towel, Beach Towel 
  • Shorts, lightweight pants - as many changes as you feel you will need for 4 days (and more!)  It will be hot, and you will sweat, ALOT.
  • Plenty of socks/undergarments (remember that sweat thing)
  • Sleeping Bag/Bedding for Twin Bed - YES, there is air-conditioning - so maybe a blanket.
  • Pillow (We will give you one if you don't bring yours.)
  • Swimsuit and T-shirts.  You will be given 2 Camp T-shirts that will be washed daily for use the following day.
  • Sleepwear 
  • Any Medicines you take, in the original prescription bottle, with instructions, please.


  • Electronics - This includes iPads, earphones, headphones, video gaming devices of any kind, TV's, Bluetooth speakers, among other devices.  You may bring your cell phone to use after the camp is over, but we will have you turn it off when you arrive. We will collect it, have it in safekeeping and will return it to you when we board the bus for the ride back to church. 
  • No knives, guns, brass knuckles, pocket knives, any weapon or anything that could be used as a weapon.
  • No extra food/candy or drink.  You will have plenty of food, snacks and drink provided the entire camp.
  • No Shirts/ Clothing that has questionable language, gestures, sayings or objects that would be offensive or suggestive.
  • Books, Kindles, Nook e-books.  You most likely will not have time to read them while at camp. 


  • We will provide each camper with a toiletry bag complete with toothbrush, toothbrush cover, toothpaste, Shampoo & Conditioner, Shower Gel and Wash Rag.
  • You will also receive a Camp T-shirt you will wear every day of camp. It will be washed nightly, so bring extra shirts/shorts to change into while waiting for shower time.
  • We have a nursing staff that will take and record your medications at registration and will dispense as directed.  PARENTS - This is not the time for your child to take a medicine vacation! Please! 
  • We will provide sunscreen, bug spray, flashlights and any medical supplies you might need (i.e. Band-Aids, Tylenol, eyedrops, etc.)
